Being Unapologetically You

Living in downtown NYC, I love following this street art. I could be walking down any random street, look down, and see a message he writes, to what I imagine is someone he is pining over.

This has been 2 years of messages. He typically writes about longing for love. Today he caught me by surprise. He wrote of peace.

Maybe he has finally found peace in his search for love.

But, what I love most is his vulnerability; it reminds me of what I often say to clients: Be unapologetically who you are, be fearless and always lean in.

I love this street art because it reminds us to be both human and unapologetic about it.
